This DVD and Elvis: Aloha from Hawaii Deluxe Edition DVD were supposed to be included closed-captioning for the hearing impaired (after many years of lobbying [I don't get paid for lobbying] for them to be closed-captioned, I was succeed with all the Elvis' feature films on VHS in 1997 after nearly 10 years of lobbying) but Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) broke their promise to me and decided not to include closed-captioning.  I have correspondence from EPE saying it would be closed-captioned, if anyone is interested to see this correspondence, contact me.  I bought these DVDs and found it not possible to follow any dialogue the first hour and gave up.   I have lost of my hearing completely a few years ago.  It is no fun watching and trying to understand the dialogue.  Try to understand what it is like to be Deaf by turning the audio off and try to understand anything, I bet you, you won't last 5 minutes!!  That is what closed-captioning is for, turn your TV remote on for closed-captioning and see what closed-captioning is like.  Closed-captioning is similar like subtitles and we can read the dialogue in closed-captioning.   Some of you will eventually lose some or completely of your hearing due to age.    You would thought that EPE has learned their lesson and to include closed-captioning in the Single Edition DVDs later, no they still won't!!    I paid the full retail price for this DVD.  Right now the retail price is $59.99.   My loss is your gain.
