This an official educational release from Inter Active Learning - not an off-air recording.  Although I have not fully played this tape, I have whizzed through it and the picture quality is excellent.  It is used, but both the tape/case are in very good condition. NOTE: THIS IS A GENUINE VHS RELEASE OF THE SERIES.
